Shocked at the rudeness. My fiancé and I went into the bank at 10:00 AM. Both of us clearly professions wearing suits. There were three ladies in the bank, one at a desk and 2 behind the window. No one was in the bank or at the drive up. I asked if they could notarize a document for us. The one lady quickly spoke up, "NO! I'm the only notary here and I'm working the teller today." I thought she was joking for a moment and quickly realized she was not. I have been at that bank for 17 years. My money is being pulled out and all accounts closed. I then went down the street to First Merit/Huntington. They didn't even ask if we had an account. Jody greeted us as we came in, took us to her office, and was very helpful. I opened a checking account there and money market and moved my money over. She gave me her business card and direct line and told me to call her whenever I need assistance. Bye bye Bank of America!
